Kristian Rönn

CEO and Co-founder

Kristian co-founded Normative in 2014 after leaving the Future of Humanity Institute at Oxford University, where he worked on global catastrophic risk reduction, including climate change.

Kristian is a thought leader within carbon accounting, with speaking engagements at COP, Davos, Stockholm 50+, as well as appearances in media outlets like Bloomberg and Sky News. He has advised governments and international bodies, and has been officially acknowledged for his contribution to UN Goal 13 by UNDP.

Maggie Buggie

COO

Before joining Normative, Maggie led global sales, commercial, engineering, and customer success teams at SAP, Capgemini, and Fujitsu.

Maggie has extensive experience building high-growth businesses that monetize intelligent technologies. She is a Non-Executive Director at Spirent Communications and Advisor to scale-ups. Maggie is passionate about applying technology to create opportunities and solve problems.

Neil Ryland

CCO

Before joining Normative, Neil was responsible for scaling global revenue teams at Huddle, Peakon, and Workday.

Neil is passionate about building resilient software as a service businesses, and brings a wealth of knowledge in go-to-market strategies and sales processes.
