How we work with DEIB

The principles we strive for and the actions that we take, as we work to foster Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Creating awareness is the first step toward fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. At Normative, we’re proud to drive initiatives to educate ourselves around important topics, like how to use inclusive language and how to understand our own unconscious biases to overcome them.

To help us place the right people in the right role, we have created a hiring process rooted in science-based and fair assessment methods. We provide interview training for the whole company to ensure an inclusive hiring panel and reduce unconscious bias throughout the hiring process. We believe in regularly evaluating ourselves and our processes to ensure we recruit for what matters while attracting diverse talent.
