Sebastien Blanc

CEO

Sebastien has more than 20 years of experience in the tech sector, running and scaling several businesses in various industries. As the CEO of Skimlinks he oversaw an increase in year-on-year growth, from 5% to 100%+, within 4 years.

Sebastien’s area of expertise is guiding businesses through the scale-up stage of their journey, in particular launching a new ambitious cycle once the founder’s role changes.

Since 2020 he has also been focusing on climate through several pathways, as an operator, board member or investor. Sebastien’s priority at Normative is to build the most compelling products and customer experience that will help businesses make a dent in the climate challenge we all face.

Carmela Borrotzu-Evans

CFO

Carmela has a wealth of experience in running finance teams in the tech industry. From her time at the likes of APEXX Global and Planet, she has spent 10 years as a finance lead, heading up financial planning and analysis, driving company acquisitions and working closely with commercial teams to build revenue. With experience in P/E and VC backed businesses she brings a depth of experience across key stakeholders.

Carmela leads the Finance, FP&A, Legal and Compliance teams at Normative.

Pierre Lemerle

CTO

Pierre is a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in SaaS and DevOps transformation. He has helped numerous organizations accelerate innovation by improving engineering velocity and operational efficiency. As CTO, Pierre drives the company’s technical vision, fostering scalable architecture, data-driven development, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Sandra Uddbäck

VP of Product

Sandra focuses her time at Normative on driving innovative solutions for carbon accounting. With a strong background in tech startups, she has a proven track record in product development and strategic leadership.

Before joining Normative, Sandra was responsible for leading product development and product marketing teams at Tink and Mapillary.

Passionate about mission-driven work, Sandra is dedicated to building innovative products that not only meet market needs but also contribute to a sustainable future and business growth.

Carolina Bardon Hagstedt

VP of People

Carolina comes from an extensive background within the areas of Talent, HR and organizations, including consultancy on efficient scaling for early stage businesses, and ensuring data driven people decisions through people-analytics at Spotify.

She is passionate about seeing great people have an impact, and making sure that Normative, as an employer, offers a culture and structure that enables that to happen.

Saskia Clifford-Mobley

VP, Sales

Saskia has a strong commercial background from her time spent in the tech industry. Prior to joining Normative, Saskia scaled global commercial functions at eBay, Artsy and Google, with her experience spanning Advertising, Ecommerce and SaaS. She is passionate about building long-term mutually beneficial commercial partnerships and her data-driven approach is pivotal to continuing Normative’s growth story through leadership of our commercial team.
