Proven tech scale-up leader joins to spearhead Normative's offering
We’re excited to share the news that Sebastien Blanc has been appointed as the new CEO of Normative. With a wealth of experience in successfully scaling tech companies, he is perfectly placed to lead the business through its next stage of growth. As part of the appointment of Sebastien Blanc as CEO, Co-founder Kristian Rönn will assume a founder and board member role.
A new phase of growth
As the reach and scope of ESG legislation such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) expands at pace, Normative has to scale to remain at the cutting edge of the market and continue guiding businesses through the complexities of reporting.
Sebastien’s experience makes him perfectly placed to lead this growth that will keep Normative at the forefront of the carbon accounting and compliance industry.
Adding scale-up expertise
With more than 20 years of experience in the tech sector, Sebastien has run and scaled several businesses in various industries. As the CEO of Skimlinks he oversaw an increase in year-on-year growth, from 5% to 100%+, within 4 years.
Sebastien’s area of expertise is guiding businesses through the scale-up stage of their journey, in particular launching a new ambitious cycle once the founder’s role changes.
Since 2020 Sebastien has also been focusing on climate through several pathways, as an operator, board member or investor.
